Zexa Ultra Heavy-Duty Machine Wash is made for Automatic feed warewashing machines. Perfect for use as a sanitising detergent for commercial kitchen dishwashers and conveyor machines. This high-performance product works by penetrating soils and breaking the bonds with the surface of the wares, allowing the water volume to wash the soil away.

This product is highly effective at removing protein-based soils (milk, cream, egg, etc.). It also keeps soil in suspension in the wash tank and reduces the risk of scale build up. Once in the drain system the product will prevent smells and drain blockages. This machine wash is dispensed at an approximate rate of 1.5mL per litre of water consumed in the rinse cycle.
