The Winterhalter optimises every part of the washing process to reduce energy use, noise and running costs. Whether it's being used in a restaurant, hotel or gastro pub, the Winterhalter gives you the cleaning performance you need.This dishwasher delivers a rinse temperature of 82°C for 12 seconds, a temperature that won't be reached when handwashing. As such, cleaning your equipment with this commercial dishwasher is the only way to guarantee effective sanitation when washing - ensuring staff and customers are protected against transferrable viruses. Once cleaned, we recommend storing your equipment in the wash basket to reduce contact and handling.This model is fitted with an internal water softener, allowing use in medium to hard water areas. This handy internal or external pump removes waste water from the dishwasher. In some circumstances, water can simply drain away using gravity.
