Two adjustable shelves have energy efficient and long-life LED lighting built in for clear visibility. And removable polycarbonate shelves are easy to clean when dirty. Each shelf can hold up to 40kg allowing you to maximise space by holding bulk food.The rear sliding glass door is double glazed argon filled glass door that catches back to a magnetic strip helping the door to stay closed while keeping your product fresh. A digital controller provides a simple temperature management, so you can change the temperature dependant on what's being stored. The Topaz Cake and Food display cabinets are perfectly suited to the fast-growing foodservice market and for those with a tighter budget.
