The Waldorf 800 Series Pasta Cooker is a fully modular, innovative pasta boiler designed for speed and ease of use. Perfect for the continuous production of perfectly cooked pasta, the Waldorf continues the Moffat tradition of excellence. The four stainless steel pasta baskets allow multiple types of pasta to be cooked at once, whilst the infrared burner system ensures that the water temperature is kept at a consistent temperature, allowing faster turnaround of product. The stainless steel construction and simple drain valve ensure the Waldorf pasta cooker is both easy to clean and drain.
