The Waldorf 800 Series Pasta Cooker is an LPG powered, fully modular, innovative pasta boiler designed for fast, efficient cooking and ease of use. Ideal for production of consistent perfectly cooked pasta, the Waldorf continues the long-standing Moffat tradition of quality and excellence. Supplied with four stainless steel pasta baskets, the Waldorf pasta cooker allows multiple types of pasta to be cooked at once, whilst the infrared burner system effortlessly maintains water the correct water temperature, allowing faster turnaround of product. The exterior is made from high quality stainless steel which, alongside the simple drain valve, ensures that the Waldorf pasta boiler is both easy to clean and drain.Limited returns.
