Featuring a 140MJ/hr infrared multi-jet burner, these 600mm wide, 30 litre units are immensely powerful and give you superb frying output to drastically speed up your cooking times. As part of the High Performance and Output (HPO) range, these fryers offer far superior performance to any rival machines. A blower system pushes greater volumes of air and gas through specially designed ceramic fibre burners, helping the oil absorb more heat to lower flue exhaust temperatures and improve your production rates, ensuring your kitchen runs smoothly and efficiently at all times.
