Featuring four independent pasta baskets, you can cook numerous different types of pasta at the same time, making it perfect for Italian or other specialist restaurants. The Waldorf has also been designed to reduce downtimes, by featuring a powerful infrared burner system which helps to maintain a constant water temperature.

This pasta cooker produces fast cooking times while remaining highly effective and reliable, so your business and chefs have the benefit of a high-performance pasta cooker. The incorporated basket drain prevents grease and oil from dripping, reducing the need to continuously clean the cooker. Designed with an integrated water fill and starch skimming water faucet, you can easily refill the pans without overspilling.
