Beautifully designed, Vogue Tsuki knives feature blades made with a highly durable Japanese VG-10 stainless steel cores that is hardened to a Rockwell rating of 60 degrees. This provides them with long-lasting sharpness and edge retention. In addition, the double layer of Damascus steel coating on the blades enhances their sharpness even further, enabling precision cutting.Included in the Vogue Series 7 Tsuki knives set are a 20cm chef's knife, 18cm santoku knife, 13cm utility knife and 9cm paring knife. Each knife has an ergonomic composite fabric and resin handle which offers a comfortable grip. The set also comes with a Vogue dual ceramic and diamond blade sharpener for keeping the knives ultra sharp.
