Not so with Vogue tri-wall pans - these pans feature an innovative aluminium thermocore sandwiched between premium quality stainless steel walls. This ensures heat is evenly distributed around the base of the pan, letting you concentrate on the cooking, instead of worrying about hotspots. This large saute pan is induction safe too, so you can use it on almost any hob and still get the great cooking performance. It's also dishwasher safe, making it exceptionally easy to clean at the end of a busy service. A superb quality professional pan, great for any commercial or home kitchen.
