Made from an advanced aluminium thermocore and two layers of stainless steel, heat is evenly distributed throughout the pan. This reduces the likelihood of hot spots which could potentially burn food or split sauces. And due to its small size, the pan is ideal for melting butter, toasting nuts or even frying a single egg.
On the outside, the Vogue pan has an attractive copper coating, making it great for front of house areas or even just for display.
