Sharpen and hone your knives with this dual sided whetstone from Vogue. The whetstone material is able to preserve the knife for longer in comparison to electric sharpeners reducing the need to re-sharpen after every use. Also, the double sided design means you can easily switch sides depending on how sharp you're wanting your knife so there's no need to purchase separate whetstones. A 2000 grit on this Vogue whetstone is ideal for medium sharpening allowing your chef to reshape their blade to an ultra-sharp edge. And the 5000 grit is perfect for the final polish giving knives a razor-sharp angel allowing your chefs to produce the finest performance.
