This drainer plate is a great piece of equipment for draining food in a gastronorm container. Simply place the drainer plate at the bottom of the gastronorm and put food on top for the juices to go through the drain holes in the plate. Constructed from strong polycarbonate, the box is very robust and durable, enabling it to stand up to many years of heavy duty usage and therefore limit your need to buy replacements.
