The petite structure of this non-stick blinis pan from leading brand Vogue has been specially designed to create the perfect blinis. It is also great for cooking single fried eggs as the frame allows you to make a perfect small round shape. The Teflon platinum plus produces a non-stick coat that makes removing food easy without ruining the foods presentation. Also, the sturdy riveted handle reduces the risk of the pan being dropped, so it can be safely transported from the stove to the work surface. The long handle also helps chefs keep their hands at a safe distance, while still giving them control over the blinis pan.
