Powerful, safe and easy cleaning of commercial fryersApplication: Drain frying oil. Fill the deep fryer with water to the ¾ mark (incl. stainless steel baskets and accessories) and add the VITO tabs according to the dose table. Heat the deep fryer to 80°C max. 90°C and let the solution boil for 15-20 minutes. Check thedegree of cleaning, let it boil for longer if necessary. Drain solution and dispose it with a suitable container. Wipe off any remaining sediment with a sponge. Rinse the deep fryer thoroughly with water several times and dry.Limited returns.
