All knives in this set are able to be placed in the dishwasher for a quick and easy clean. The Victorinox knives included in this set are a 25cm chef's knife, 15cm fillet knife, 12.5cm boning knife and peeler. Each knife is crafted from high-carbon cutting edge steel and ice-tempered blades for a razor-sharp cutting edge that retains its sharpness. They also have a fibrox handle that is light to hold, while its non-slip grip increases your control when slicing tough food. The Vogue sharpening steel features a medium course blade - perfect for honing knives regularly. An additional layer of hard chrome provides an even higher wear resistance, enabling you to sharpen even the dullest of blades. The moulded plastic handle is light and comfortable to hold which gives you full control when you manipulate the sharpening angle.The 20.5cm palette and 7.5cm Hygiplas paring knives combine strong stainless-steel blades with resistant nylon handles for a safe grip whilst slicing small ingredients or filling sandwich spreads.
