Keep food warmer over longer periods of time with this Versigen wet/dry Bain Marie and hot cupboard. The fully sealed elements in the Bain Marie well enable the unit to be used for dry-well or wet-well service. Also, the system is designed to offer flexibility and eliminate the need to fit a low water level warning system or buy replacements for burned out elements. A wet heat water level of 20mm deep, ensures the cupboard works at the optimum temperature without making the food too wet. The Hot Cupboard has a separate fan-forced heating system for food storage and plate warming etc. Fitted with sliding doors create a simple way to remove food from the cupboard without releasing too much heat. The doors also lift-off helping to creating a quick way to clean. This Versigan hot cupboard also comes with a drain valve and swing out run off tube makes for easy emptying and cleaning when needed. Designed with five 1/1 gastronorm size pan spaces, this hot cupboard gives you the choice of serving two different food types. Please note: gastronorm pans are sold separately.
