The Versigen in-counter hot top display is an excellent option for front of house hot food service. Designed to accommodate full size (1/1GN) gastronorm pans, or any shape of heatproof dish that can fit on the 4x1/1GN warming surface. This Versigen Food Warmer offers a generous amount of display space, giving you the ability to serve different food types at the same time. An even temperature heats the entire surface area of each panel, with no hot spots, helping to keep all food warm at the same temperature. The control box gives you full advantage of controlling the food warmer dependant on what food you're keeping warm. An illuminated on/off switch helps both employees and customers to know when the panel is heated up, reducing the risk of potential burns. Supplied with stainless steel flange makes it incredibly simple to install, removing the need to hire a technician to set up. Please note: gastronorm pans are sold separately.
