The overhead heating and illumination are 6.3amps, so you can keep your foods warm while looking good. The removable cross bars and thermometer not only make it easier to clean but allow you to remove when not using. The square glass allows for clear visibility no matter where the customer is stood, enhancing your sales. This display bar can be built-in, bench mounted or supplied with a trolley to suit. It can also fit a wide range of gastronorm pans up to 100mm deep. Comes with 12 x 1/2 size 65mm pans with matching Lids This is an Australian made and owned product.
