An internal light illuminates the food for clear display, and a steam pan seated in a baffle tray produces a delicate steam to keep food moist. A stop rail on each shelf prevents food from touching the glass and contaminating. This Roband pie master can comfortably hold 100 pies, and the built-in sliding glass door makes it easy for staff to remove pies without too much heat being let out.
