Display food at the desired serving temperature with this Roband PM50L pie master pie warmer. Designed with a baffle tray in the base along with a centrally positioned steam (1/9 gastronorm) pan, this pie warmer produces a delicate steam to keep food moist. Featuring a modern, brushed stainless steel body with adjustable feet this pie master can be installed horizontally or at an angle to enable contents to be displayed in the most appealing way. An internal light illuminates the food for clear display, and a steam pan seated in a baffle tray produces a delicate steam to keep food moist. This Roband pie master has four wired shelves and can comfortably hold 50 pies. A stop rail on each shelf prevents food from touching the glass and contaminating. Whilst the built-in double-sided sliding glass door makes it easy for staff to remove pies without too much heat being let out. An easily removable crumb tray helps to keep your PM50L pie master clean, so you don't need to struggle to clean in hard-to-reach places.
