With full gastronorm compatibility, this Roband Hot Food Bar makes for an attractive and hygienic display of your heated meals for areas such as canteens and event catering. Setting a showcase with your own series of pans (not included) your stock will be protected from contamination thanks to the rectangular frame of toughened glass, which thanks to its design is also easy to clean. This unit uses your choice of wet heat or dry heat bain marie-style heating, with a ball drain valve for when heating water. Overhead warmth is applied by halogen lamps to ensure your food is consistently heated across its surface.No technician is required to set up this machine, allowing you to use it almost instantly from delivery.Limited returns.
