The Heat `n' Hold utilises the dual elements and dual fans to achieve precise temperature control and uniform temperature throughout the cabinet. With a 'Pre-Heat' function you can speed up the cabinet preheating process without burning your products. It can also assist in busy periods when the doors are frequently opened. Coming with 8x737mm bakers' trays, with each rack being able to accommodate 2x Gastronorm pans, this display is capable of displaying a variety of foods.
