This twin pan fryer provides a high performance whilst freeing up valuable counter-top space. The stainless-steel construction creates a highly durable pan that is highly resistant to rust, water, and heat. A precise thermostat control with splash guard and bash plate creates a controlled situation when using. And a safety lock mechanism prevents the element moving when the machine is on. The swing back element locks in place with 2 position options, and the minimum and maximum oil level markers helps staff easily identify where the oil needs to be filled too. These two Frypods have a 8-litre capacity allowing you to produce up to 20kg of chips per hour.
