Effective and reliable, the space-saving Polar U-Series double door prep counter allows you to keep your most-accessed chilled ingredients close to hand, helping you make pizza, sandwiches, wraps and much more without having to move between stations.The Polar counter features access to ingredients either via top-mounted GN pans or in the 405Ltr capacity main cavity. On top, there's space for up two twelve 1/6th size GN pans (polycarbonate pans supplied as standard), giving you a huge variety of ingredients available with arms' reach. The top also features a handy removable polypropylene chopping board, so you can do all the prep in one place.The main counter offers a generous amount of storage space and includes adjustable shelves, so it's easy to configure the cavity to suit the contents. Front-mounted digital controls make operation easy, whilst the stainless steel construction is both highly durable and easy to clean.A prep fridge is designed to maintain ingredients at safe, consistent temperatures during active food preparation, providing quick and convenient access for short-term use. It is intended only for holding ingredients currently in use, supporting efficient workflow and high food safety standards. Warranty Disclaimers

The manufacturer (and we by extension) will consider warranty void if you:

  • transport upright refrigeration equipment in a non-upright orientation;
  • transport refrigeration equipment using inadequate (too-small) vehicles or in an insecure manner;
  • use refrigeration equipment outside of the prescribed ambient temperature range or in an environment that is not strictly indoors (fully enclosed against the elements);
  • fail to allow at least a 20cm margin of vacant space around the unit when in use;
  • deploy your refrigeration equipment in a mobile stall;
  • overload your fridge/freezer with produce;
  • fail to stand the equipment for at least 24hrs before use, to allow gases to settle; or
  • use any equipment for a purpose other than its intended one.

In some circumstances, the warehouse may refuse to release goods unless a warranty waiver is signed if you are perceived to be in violation of warranty terms.

In-transit Damage Claims

  • The buyer or their authorised representatives must notify the store of any transit-related damage in a timely manner, meaning ideally on the same day as delivery, or next morning for late-afternoon deliveries. Delayed claims of in-transit damage may not be accepted.
