The three door Polar G-Series saladette counter fridge is the ideal high capacity solution for busy kitchens which need rapid, reliable access to chilled ingredients. When filled, the top section can fit up to four full size (1/1) GN pans (sold separately)- that's up to 54 litres of storage across the top.Below, the fridge has a generous 368 litre capacity across three adjustable shelves and floor protectors, so there's plenty of room to keep your most-accessed ingredients. Alternatively, you can swap out the shelves with more full size GN pans for quick refilling of the top section. Operation and cleaning is easy too, thanks to simple digital controls and commercial grade stainless steel construction.A prep fridge is designed to maintain ingredients at safe, consistent temperatures during active food preparation, providing quick and convenient access for short-term use. It is intended only for holding ingredients currently in use, supporting efficient workflow and high food safety standards. To ensure optimal performance and proper defrosting, the unit must be switched off once per day.Polar G-Series kitchen refrigeration is designed for everyday commercial use in demanding professional environments. With strong commercial construction and hard-working compressors, choose G-Series refrigeration if you need a long-lasting, hard-working unit which will be accessed frequently. Warranty Disclaimers

The manufacturer (and we by extension) will consider warranty void if you:

  • transport upright refrigeration equipment in a non-upright orientation;
  • transport refrigeration equipment using inadequate (too-small) vehicles or in an insecure manner;
  • use refrigeration equipment outside of the prescribed ambient temperature range or in an environment that is not strictly indoors (fully enclosed against the elements);
  • fail to allow at least a 20cm margin of vacant space around the unit when in use;
  • deploy your refrigeration equipment in a mobile stall;
  • overload your fridge/freezer with produce;
  • fail to stand the equipment for at least 24hrs before use, to allow gases to settle; or
  • use any equipment for a purpose other than its intended one.

In some circumstances, the warehouse may refuse to release goods unless a warranty waiver is signed if you are perceived to be in violation of warranty terms.

In-transit Damage Claims

  • The buyer or their authorised representatives must notify the store of any transit-related damage in a timely manner, meaning ideally on the same day as delivery, or next morning for late-afternoon deliveries. Delayed claims of in-transit damage may not be accepted.
