With a huge 36-litre tank capacity and space for three baskets, it allows you to quickly prepare multiple batches of deliciously crispy fried food simultaneously - perfect for keeping up with demand during busy spells.Featuring a powerful 145Mj/hr output and a highly accurate optimal cooking temperature range of 93-190°C, you'll serve up the tastiest fried food time after time - crispy and crunchy on the outside, and cooked to perfection on the inside. A high temperature safety limit switch prevents the fryer from overheating, while a thermo-safety pilot light with built-in regulator holds a constant flame for the gas burner. Separate manual gas shutoffs help to control the supply of gas in a safe way, making the fryer ideal for front servicing. Solstice burner technology provides an extremely dependable atmospheric heat transfer and fuel-saving performance without the use of a blower or ceramics.The front, door and sides of the Pitco SG18S fryer also benefit from the robust durability of a stainless-steel construction, which gives it the strength to withstand everyday commercial kitchen use while making it easier to keep clean and hygienic between uses.Limited returns.
