Fry to perfection with the Pitco high production 2 basket 23Ltr economy fryer. The 119Mj/hr output helps to provide a fast and even cook. The front, door and sides are finished in a stainless-steel construction providing a high durability whilst also being easy to clean when needed. The highly accurate optimal cooking temperature range of 93 ¿ 190 °C is ideal for cooking food quickly. 2 fryer baskets provide you with the benefit of frying multiple foods simultaneously. A high temperature safety limit switch prevents the fryer from overheating. Whilst a thermo-safety pilot light with built in regulator holds a constant flame for the gas burner.
