Fry to perfection with the Pitco high energy 2 basket Solstice 22.5Ltr supreme gas fryer. The 88Mj/hr output helps to provide a fast and even cook. The front, door and sides are finished in a stainless-steel construction providing a high durability whilst also being easy to clean when needed. The highly accurate optimal cooking temperature range of 93 - 190 °C is ideal for cooking food quickly. 2 fryer baskets provide you with the benefit of frying multiple foods simultaneously. A high temperature safety limit switch prevents the fryer from overheating. Whilst a thermo-safety pilot light with built in regulator holds a constant flame for the gas burner. The separate manual gas shutoffs help to control the supply of gas in a safe way, making them ideal for front servicing. Solstice burner technology provides an extremely dependable atmospheric heat transfer and fuel-saving performance without the use of a blower or ceramics.Limited returns. Restocking fee will apply.
