This professional pizza deck oven has all the power and performance of OEM's other ranges, but features a downward opening door design for even quicker access. Inside, your pizzas can be placed directly on the 19mm thick refractory stone baking surface to achieve that authentic stonebaked look and taste. If you prefer a quicker removal from the oven, you can also use trays - the choice is yours. Intuitive digital controls allow you to set top and bottom temperatures independently at the touch of a button, guaranteeing perfectly cooked pizzas on both sides.
