It's easy to see why busy kitchens love this pizza deck oven - the digital controls are simple, helping you set top and bottom temperatures independently for perfect baking results on both sides. You can choose to place pizzas directly on the 19mm thick refractory stone baking surface for an authentic stonebaked base, or on a tray for rapid removal from the oven.
