Designed to fit the Norris AP750, AP2500 and FI 750 upright commercial dishwashers, this condenser removes the need for costly hoods and return air systems by using the cold water to cool a condenser coil. The condenser then draws the steam out of the dishwasher and into the condenser with a tangential fan (1200 RPM flowing at 650m3 /hour). As the air passes over the coil, it cools and condenses, the steam turns into water droplets and returns back to the dishwasher. The heat is removed from the air by heating the cold water, which pre-heats the incoming water for the dishwasher, saving energy. All that is left is cool, dry air. Built to the requirements of AS1668_2, the steam condenser is a self-contained unit that does not impact on existing ventilation or extraction systems.Limited returns. Restocking fee will apply.
