A beautifully powder-coat in red and features an intricate flywheel design. The machine will certainly be eye-catching in any application and the chrome plated blade is constructed in quality steel alloy (100Cr6). It is hardened, tempered and resistant to rust because of the stainless steel and aluminium construction. An alloy steel blade is perfectly balanced, and chrome plated. The meat table and blade movements are fully co-ordinated and geared to the hand rotation of the flywheel promoting a positive health and safety.
