Matfer exoglass cone moulds have an advantage of a low inertia making them perfect for cooking. Whether it's puddings, sweet or savoury mousses and jellies, the moulds have a high level of non-stick ability making an easy removal and keeping your food looking great. The cone moulds are made from a new composite material that was invented by Matfer; this material has an excellent heat transfer allowing for even deep browning during periods of time in the oven. The moulds are also dishwasher safe, so they are the perfect moulds for commercial use, making it quick and easy to re-use.
