The strainer has been designed with an exoglass frame and exoglass high heat handles making it non-porous, and easy to clean, and because of its stainless-steel wire reinforcement it has long-lasting properties that will not deteriorate or rust over time, and will not trap aromas, flavours, or moisture like wooden spoons.It has a one-piece insulated handle and hook helping to protect your members of staff against electrical shock and arcing, as well as allowing it to be easily hung up and stored.
