Keeping a well-organised, colour-coded kitchen is a great way to maintain the highest food safety standards - and the Hygiplas chopping board set makes it both simple and affordable. This complete set of seven boards uses a universal seven-colour system for all major food groups - from raw meat and fish to cooked foods and allergens, to prevent cross-contamination at its source. For added clarity and convenience, this set includes a handy wall chart for easy reference, ensuring your entire team can quickly identify the correct board for each task.Designed for the demands of the professional kitchen, the Hygiplas low-density polyethylene boards are lightweight for easy handling yet feature a 12mm thickness, preventing liquids from penetrating and protecting your work surfaces. The non-absorbant, non-toxic material ensures a hygienic prep area and is easy to clean, although hand washing is recommended to maintain the board's shape.
