And the colour-code provides and effective way to reduce the risk of contamination across different boards, preventing cases of food poisoning.

Produced in a purple colourway, it is designed for use with allergenic ingredients. (Sold singly).

Where possible please wash by hand using a non-chlorinated solution. For LDPE it is advised that washing in a dishwasher could cause warping & bowing of the board.
