Cut the risk of cross contamination and food poisoning with this set of six small chopping boards from Hygiplas. The 7 colour codes are there for every main food group reducing cross contamination in the kitchen. Each kit contains a board for raw meat, raw fish, raw poultry, fruit and veg, cooked meat, allergens and dairy.

The chopping boards have a heigh-density which makes them far more robust than standard chopping boards and can last longer in the busy environments. The 20mm thickness means no oils or juices will run through the board, preventing foods from soaking into the work surface.

These chopping boards are non-toxic and non-absorbent creating a hygienic meal prep so it can be cleaned easily afterwards without excess contaminants remaining on the boards, and the rack creates an easy storage option while giving chefs quick access when needed.

Where possible please wash by hand using a non-chlorinated solution.
