These freezable 'day of the week' labels contain all the information you and your staff will need to provide an ideal solution to stock rotation. Easily identify what the product is and when it must be used by. This allows for an easy first-in, first-out (FIFO) rotation system to reduce waste and save you time when preparing orders. There is also space on each label to include the item name, date, time and shelf life, allowing for easy identification of the contents.
