This extra thick large yellow chopping board is perfectly suited to preparing larger quantities of food and ingredients. Part of the Hygiplas colour-coded chopping board range, the 60cm x 45cm board is designed for use with raw poultry. Made from low density polyethylene to a 20mm thickness, it is tough and resilient for life in a busy commercial kitchen. A non-toxic and non-absorbent base for hygienic meal prep.

Where possible please wash by hand using a non-chlorinated solution. For LDPE it is advised that washing in a dishwasher could cause warping & bowing of the board.
