Made from a non-absorbent, odourless and non-toxic polyethylene, it is incredibly strong and durable - a dependable option for any commercial kitchen.Where possible please wash by hand using a non-chlorinated solution. For LDPE it is advised that washing in a dishwasher could cause warping & bowing of the board.
