The Hobart ECOMAX 504 undercounter dishwasher delivers high performance with the flexibility to wash both glasses and dishes. Its insulated door enhances heat retention and enables rapid heating, improving energy efficiency and reducing operational costs. Designed for reliability and superior wash quality, it is an excellent choice for clubs, bistros, cafés, and fast-food restaurants. Featuring a top & bottom wash system, the unit ensures thorough and even rinsing of all items, providing reliable and consistent cleaning for every glass and cup. An output of 60 racks per hour, 1,080 plates per hour or 2,160 glasses per hour is ideal for busy periods when you need clean glasses continuously.
