Cut and mix a variety of food with the Hallde VCM-41 vertical cutter/mixer. Including a stainless steel 4 litre bowl and tightly sealed lid helps to keep the ingredients in the bowl without overspilling. With a net volume of 1.4Ltrs for liquid ingredient, you'll have plenty of space for blending larger quantities of ingredients. Whilst the transparent xylex lid makes it easy to monitor your cutting when using the machine.The VCm-41 has a patented scraper system with four scraper arms, keeping the lid and the inside of the bowl clean. At the same time, they move the ingredients towards the knives during preparation. The knife unit comes with two serrated knives and exchangeable blades, so even when they dullen you can easily replace. Designed as a single phase, with a single speed and pulse function, this mixer gives you 1500rpm without any irritating time delays. The VCM-41 is a robust, reliable vertical cutter designed for quick preparation in professional kitchens. The machine chops, grinds, mixes, purees, blends and minces. Complete the warranty registration form for all purchases of Hallde Food Preparation Machines in Australia and you are entitled to a 24 month warranty extension. This extension increases the warranty of your machine to three (3) years parts & labour. (Standard warranty is one (1) year parts & labour).
