Quicken preparation in your professional kitchens with the Hallde's Combi Cutter. The CC-34 is both a vegetable preparation machine and a vertical cutter in one machine. It's small and compact and easy to put away and take out when you need it. Able to process up to 2kg per minute (max 80 portions / 360kg per day), the CC-34 has all the functionality you need.Coming with a stainless steel bowl gross volume 3 litres, net liquid volume 1.4 litres, you'll have plenty of space for blending larger quantities of ingredients. The CC-34 has a patented scraper system with three scraper arms, keeping the lid and the inside of the bowl clean. At the same time, they move the ingredients towards the knives during preparation. The design and angle of the knives in combination with the scrapers means that the ingredients are turned in the bowl, giving the whole content a uniform texture. Serrated knives are wear resistant, providing longevity in commercial settings.Cutting discs can be swapped without fuss and operation is simple. Quick assembly means ingredients can be prepped in moments - vital when the pressure's on. When you've finished, it's equally fast to take apart for dishwashing - all loose parts are machine washable.
