Cook to perfection with the Goldstein 900mm griddle range fully welded frame & gas static oven. The fully welded surrounds, stainless steel construction, and drip tray provides an easy of cleaning. A constant pilot flame with flame failure, maximises operating and energy efficiency, whilst protecting from flames. The 90Mj/hr output helps to provide a fast and even cook. 900mm griddle plates is large enough to grill multiple ingredients simultaneously. A large, heat-resistant reinforced control knob has easy to view settings and a high to low flame control. Adjustable legs from 140mm to 170mm allow for a difference in height, reducing the need to bend over the griddle.
