An output of 24Kw/hr and 20mm thick mild steel griddle plate provides an optimum cook. The fully welded surrounds, stainless-steel construction, and drip tray provides an easy of cleaning. Adjustable legs from 140mm to 170mm allow for a difference in height, reducing the need to bend over the griddle. This Goldstein griddle plate suits the SB48 stand - JD506 (Sold separately).
