NT Gas

A gas NT 2 basket nickel plated tube fryer with a full stainless-steel construction and 18 litre capacity. The highly accurate optimal cooking temperature range of 93 - 190 °C is ideal for cooking food quickly. A large cool zone provides a long oil life. When you've finished using the night lid helps to keep the oil in the optimum form.A high temperature safety limit switch prevents the fryer from overheating. Whilst a standing pilot light holds a constant flame for the gas burner. The removable basket hanger can be easily cleaned, and all components are easily serviceable from the front.
