A gas LPG 2 basket V-pan high performance fryer has a full stainless-steel construction with 20 litre capacity. The highly accurate optimal cooking temperature range of 150 - 190 °C is ideal for cooking food quickly. A rapid heating response and electronic temperature control accuracy from a mechanical device which is easy to service. A large cool zone provides a long oil life. When you've finished using the night lid helps to keep the oil in the optimum form.Mechanical control with fenwal thermostat provides unrivalled accuracy of +/- 1 °C. The line-up nosing gives a sleek appearance, and all components are easily serviceable from the front.
