When you've finished using it, the night lid helps to keep the oil in the optimum form.Mechanical control with fenwal thermostat provides unrivalled accuracy of +/- 1 °C. The line-up nosing provides this Goldstein pan fryer with a sleek appearance, and all components are easily serviceable from the front.
