Cook evenly and thoroughly with the Goldstein Bratt pan NT 85Ltr. Seven powerful burners located in the base of the pan, together with 10 mm thick duplex seamless stainless-steel base provides improved heat retention. The wide opening makes unloading a simple task, whilst the pan design with rounded corners and no edges further provides an easy way to clean. A flat base construction with ergonomic pouring lip allows for an even cook, and easy removal of liquid.The pan has an ergonomically designed counter balanced, screwless double skin lid with a heavy-duty lifting mechanism and drip zone at the back. The 100Mj/hr output helps to provide a fast and even cook. A safety gas cut off valve with flame failure, maximises operating and energy efficiency, whilst protecting from flames.Limited returns.
