Unbleached and chlorine free, this Glad to be green baking & cooking paper is an earth-friendly alternative to standard baking paper. A non-stick coating protects your cookware and prevents food from sticking to the paper, making it perfect for lining trays, as well as freezing or covering foods. The coat also removes the need for extra fats or oils to be used when cooking, helping to make meals healthier and easier to prep.

The box packaging is made using 60% recycled content and is 100% recyclable, helping your business to be more environmentally friendly. These baking & cooking papers can be home & industrial composted after use, further diverting waste away from landfill.

This super versatile paper is heat resistant up to 230°C, allowing to be used in ovens, fry pans, microwaves, sandwich makers and even BBQ hotplates (not near naked flames). The 120-metre length by 405mm width means this Glad to be green baking and cooking paper will fit the wide sized baking trays.
